Stretch for productivity

Stretch at work. Especially if you spend the majority of your day behind a computer screen, take breaks at least every 30 minutes to move your body, grab some water, and do a few back and body stretches. You will also find that this helps with your focus and you will become more productive at work. Support your sitting posture. Many of us spend the majority of our day sedentary and sitting, causing stress and strain on our backs. Ensure your computer screen is level with your head and your gaze is not cast downward. Also consider standing desks or a quality office chair that supports your back properly. And finally ensure your forearms and thighs are parallel to the ground as you work.
